When you board
Here are the things you need to know about boarding your pet at Brady Kennels:
• We charge you beginning the day your pet is brought to Brady Kennels, regardless of the time. If you pick your pet up before 10 a.m., you are not charged for that day.
• We must have current copies of your pet’s vaccination records, as well as written instructions about food and medications.
• Leave a cell phone number, as well as an emergency contact.
• Tell us about any health concerns or issues your pet has. Maybe your four-legged friend trembles during thunderstorms; maybe your cat has allergies — be sure we know so your pet has the best stay possible.
• Don’t bring large, stuffed pillow beds or large blankets as they are hard to accommodate. If you’d like to furnish bedding for your pet, bring something small, washable or disposable as accidents can happen, and when they do, we will have to launder the item or throw it away. We have plenty of bedding, and we’ll add it if necessary.
• If you bring your own food, please bring it in a small container.
• You are welcome to bring toys, except for those that roll. Mark any toy or bone with your dog’s name.
• When you drop your four-legged friend off, it’s best to leave them with a quick goodbye in our office. It’s less stressful for your pet, as well as for you as you leave with the knowledge that we will give your dog or cat loving care until your return.
